Working Condition (see video).

Appears that it works just the way it should.
The pedal is a speed regulator and works properly.
When you push softly it goes very slow.
The harder you push, the faster it goes until max speed (end of video).
Fairly clean all around, but we didn't try to give it a thorough cleaning.
Basically just wiped it down.
We don't know sewing machines so we just stuck to surface cleaning.
