Ruroc rg1-dx core White. I can't find the size anywhere on the helmet but using the current sizing on their website I believe it to be M/L.

The helmet is in good condition as are the goggles. There is some slight discolouration on strap from mud (when I used the helmet for DH mountain biking). There are also some very light scuffs on the lens but they can't be seen when wearing them.
