This is a 1995 MK1 Lexus GS300 with the stunning 3.0 inline six non-vvti NA 2JZ performance engine.  It’s covered only 150,000 miles over its 29 years.  This example is the gold badge specification vehicle finished in the pearl white and champagne colourway.  Fully loaded with factory-fitted kit, all the electrics function, including electric seats, heated seats, electric windows, cruise control, air con, etc.

This example has the renowned Toyota 2JZ inline six engine.  Incredibly reliable and robust it benefits from the well designed three-layer steel head gasket, a cast iron block and a closed block, which makes it superbly tough, as well as the forged steel crankshaft making them strong and reliable.

This MK1 GS300 was a barn find.  It was SORN by the previous owner.  This GS300 does show signs of its age (29 years) with some body work advisable on the roof particularly (at front and rear screens).  The brakes need fully bleeding and sorting.  The rear tyres need replacing. AND it will then need a fresh MOT.

It could serve multiple functions; as a passenger vehicle - to spend a few hundred pounds (I’ve been quoted £400) on restoring the affected body work, then sorting the brakes and acquiring two new tyres; as a drift car - a popular choice with that fantastic robust naturally aspirated 2JZ engine; or for someone to break and sell on the parts.

A lot of Japanese car, specification and engine for not a lot of money; this MK1 1995 Lexus GS300 could be yours.  I’m happy to answer any questions on the car’s condition and provenance.
