Antique 20thC KPM Berlin Porcelain Mantle Clock Porzellan Jugendstil Uhr German
This product data sheet is originally written in English.
For sale is a rare mantle clock made by KPM in the beginning of the 20th century right around 1900 in the Art Nouveau or Jugendstil period . It comes in three pieces, the main clock with the vase attached to the top, a lid and a base. The piece has a superb shape to it with a cherub head and wings to either side and lots of molded scroll work and detail. Most of the trim is in pink and puce but there is a bit of green trim right around the clock part in the front. Under the front and back there is a superb floral garland and each side has a nice flower arrangement as well two single smaller flowers. The urn on top has a few single small flowers all around as does the base. The clock part appears to be bronze with a porcelain face and gold letters with a bit of gold trim around the center.
