Installing this Gyro will Upgrade

Your S1, S2, S3, Type 150 or Type 400

Course computer to the GYRO version.

The above course computers were originally sold as 

Non-Gyro and Gyro Versions.  A "G" following the

model indicates that it is a Gyro equipped version.

Such as:  S2 vs S2G

Having an internal gyro greatly increases your boats

capability to stay on course, especially in rough seas.

When a boat is knocked off course by a wave, 

a non-gyro computer waits for input 

from the compass before making a course correction.

A gyro equipped computer senses 

the yawing motion of the boat 

and starts the correction immediately.

The result is that your boat will stay 

on a much straighter course.
