5. Shipping to Canada one time fee dependent upon card(s) sale value, S&H fees start as low as $4.99, if your purchases are over $20 USD or are too thick to ship secured in a PWE Bubble mailer shipping and handling will be $14.99 - see Shipping & Payments Tab for listing price.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
