New in box. In climate controlled storage since 1991. Original box does have some marks and dings from storage. Includes package of four cushioned feet. Cabinet and box do have an old musty smell from storage, do need to be aired out. I opened the several I kept and placed them in sun for a couple hours twice. Do not put in sun for too long as they can fade.
