This is a vintage American Hat Co cowboy hat made of pure wool Maxi-felt in a rich midnight blue color and lined with luxurious burgundy satin. The eagle emblem takes center stage inside the hat, embossed in gold with wings outstretched. The sweatband is made from leather and is stamped on one side with "HILLTOP FEED & RANCH Thousand Oaks, California". The original size sticker is still in place. It is in excellent condition showing little to no signs of previous use. The only flaw noted is a small area, less than 1" square, where there are two spots where the felt has worn away.
