Here is a rare Lidded Preserve Jar, made by Poole Pottery in England.

It was produced in the 1960s in the exciting new range called Bokhara, using vibrant colours and contemporary shapes (probably ahead of their time!). Bokhara items were designed by the respected Robert Jefferson in 1964.

This concave shape of jar (#657) was made in three colour ways, and the other two are also being listed by me.

The Poole England back stamp under the jar was used from 1959 to 1967 only.

The jar is about 10.5 cms diameter and 6.5 cms high (10.5 cms with lid on).

Condition of this item is Excellent, just as it left the Pottery.

This item will be posted by Australia Post in a tracked parcel, and I will gladly combine items to save on postage costs.
