Plant is carefully packed without soil and roots dry and pest free. We strive to make sure that our plants are packed well with enough padding to make sure that the plant does not damage while in transit. We make use of normal South African postal service with tracking number. Please take note that you will be able to track your parcel in South Africa but once it leaves South Africa you might not be able to track your parcel any more.

Buyer is responsible for any tax/customs. We will not be held responsible for any customs/tax, or any issues with the country you are importing your plant to. We are also not responsible if your item gets confiscated. We are responsible for the plant in our country but once it leaves our country it is out of our hands.
