Please check measurements below, sizes from some designers do vary and may not be what you expect.  Chest size stated is actual size of item, it is suggested that your buy a size bigger than the measurements to ensure a fit that is not too small. i.e. if you think you are a 40" chest, buy an item stated at 42" chest so it is not too tight.
