RETURNS:
Please contact me before opening a return request - returns and cancellations are accepted for any reason (even a change of mind) - my account is set to automatically accept return requests but it also automatically charges me for a return label ('Royal Mail Small Parcel' up to 2kg and 45 x 35 x 16cm) which is not always the correct label due to size/weight/value of item (sometimes the label is not eligible for posting and sometimes it charges me too much).  I will pay for a Royal Mail return label for you if an item is not as described and can also have the item collected if you like.  Due to scams I cannot issue partial-refunds (I can only issue a full refund (or replacement if requested) on return of the item).  You may not return a phone in a different condition that it was sold in (do not update the iOS unless you are keeping the phone - this is due to a recent scam that is happening.  Please make sure to remove you iCloud, etc before returning.

NOT RECEIVED:
Please contact me before opening an 'Item Not Received' case - these are harming my service metrics (eBay will charge me more in fees, as well as other sanctions) - I have had several 'Item Not Received' cases falsely opened due to people not reading the description and seeing the dispatch times - all of these cases have been found in my favour after proof of delivery was supplied.  Contact me first as I will have proof of posting/collection, tracking/ref number, etc (I always have a lot of information available so please contact me first).  If an item is lost, you will be refunded by me (there is not need to open a case prematurely).
