I bought this brand new in 2018, and had it on display for a bit. It still comes with the plastic bag it came in plus a sticker that came with it.  The plastic bag has a slight tear on the top right corner where the zipper comes together.

I currently can't get the light to turn on, though it was able to turn on about a year ago. It was just sitting in storage throughout that time. It looks like it is still getting charging because the solar charging LED indicator is turning on, so maybe it just has to sit out by the window for a bit. Just keep that in mind if purchasing that it might not work.
