Card is near mint/mint. This card was placed in a penny sleeve and then a top loader after pack was open.

For shipping, this card will come in the penny sleeve and top loader as seen in the picture plus a team bag. Then the card will be taped between two pieces of cardboard using blue painters tape to keep it in place and then it will be bubble wrapped and placed in a bubble mailer.
