Points to mention :-
Mostly original, rust accumulated over many years, priceless
Handlebar grips are from the 1970s - I had this type on my tracker (still got the hard skin I'm sure)
The frame has been riveted together at the seat post but is solid
Seat has small nicks and splits as per pictures but the foam is very good
I've been riding this bike around the local park for the last few weeks
