Antique circa 1880-1920 Brown Slip Redware pitcher / syrup jug / table creamer with hand decorated raised relief WHITE DAISY FLOWERS with raised relief green leaves and stems over a stippled mate background. handle glaze matches inside and base. lower body is a dark mirror evergreen or forest green color. has beaded decoration and white applied floral accents. no makers mark on base but has incised ENGLAND in bottom base rim riser sidewall. stands approximately 5 3/8" x 4 3/4" across spout to end of thumb raised handle. 3 1/2" across lower green body. no chips or cracks. this item would have had a pewter lid attached for retail as there are two tiny holes in sides.
