Vostok Komandirskie men's watch. Mechanical movement. Used, but keeps accurate time. Unusual and attractive Russian watch.

Commemorative watch with black face (or possibly very dark blue) with white numbers. White hour and minute hands and a red An uweep hand for seconds. Decorated with a large (but faded) red star and the depiction of Europe's tallest statue, "The Motherland Calls" (located in Volgograd). Commemorates 50th anniversary of victory over Nazi Germany. Brass case with chrome finish. Screw down back, decorated with seagull and sun and marked "Waterproof" in Russian.

Bezel reads "1945 * 1995, Pobeda ("Victory") in Russian. Non rotating.

Nearly new leather 2 piece strap, 18 mm lugs.

Some noticeable scratches on the crystal and there is wear visible on back of the case. (see photos)
