New Open Box V. Smile TV Learning System. As this is new, this has not been tested. I believe all components are here. The Learning System includes the console (AA batteries are excluded), doc for the microphone, joystick / writing pad, cable and game. The game is the Alphabet Adventure game.

Note - as noted on the box, the microphone is excluded as it is sold separately. The box is not perfect and has a couple rips and scrunched corners.
