Here is a very nice antique No. 4 Cycle Poco camera by Rochester Camera Mfg.
My New York City television production company purchased this camera as a background prop for a late 1890's historical film shoot.
The camera shows wear and the back of the case is missing.  This is the early version of the camera with the wooden front standard. It makes a great display piece.

Here's a little background on this camera:
"The Cycle Poco No. 4 was manufactured by the Rochester Camera Mfg. Co. approximately from 1895 through 1903. Designed to incorporate the features of a Cycle Poco at an extremely low price, the lowest priced of all Cycle Poco cameras. This camera was constructed of a solid mahogany box dovetailed and highly polished, covered with the best seal grain leather with an accompanying leather handle, polished and lacquered brass metal hardware, and a red Russian leather bellows lined with gossamer cloth. The detachable back featured a a spring actuated ground glass screen with a panel for focusing. The front featured a rising and falling adjustment. Two tripod sockets were provided along with a combination Poco view finder and level. The lens was a rapid rectilinear with a GEM Shutter finger and pneumatic release."

Feel free to email me with any questions but please don't ask me about its function as I know nothing about cameras.
