The Abel Super 6 Series Fly Reels are designed with large arbor spools. This large arbor gives great line pickup while keeping coiling to a minimum. This reel is perfect for 6 weight rods.

Reel Frame, spool and foot made of 6061-T651 cold finished Aerospace grade aluminum. Reel handle is the classic Able wood.

Cork Drag System is made entirely in the Abel factory: They use a superior high grade Portuguese cork with a little neats-foot oil on it

Double Pawl System: Super Series reel sizes 6 and larger are built sound with the recently upgraded double pawl system. Advantages are increased reliability, back-up strength and unique as well as flexibility so anglers can Interchange Large & Standard Arbors spools.

This reel is about as good as it gets for its age, fantastic shape

Comes with SA Clear Bonefish Slow Sinking line and Red Backing. Line has only been used on one trip to FL line was $89 I beleive, maybe more.

The only laws I can see are in the last two pics. It does have some blue residue on reel foot from line sticker but that can come off easily.
