HMS Tireless by Ivan Berryman.
Launched in March 1984 and commissioned into the Royal Navy in October
the following year, HMS Tireless (S88) was the third of seven Trafalgar
Class SSN submarines and is depicted in the Arctic waters near the polar
ice cap in 1991.
