Pre-owned. The powder has a clear plastic protective cover. The powder does not appear used and does have a small divet out of it. The powder pad shows age on both sides. The bunny has about 3 light scuffs in the center area - please see photos for close ups. The out gold box shows wear and I’ve tried to capture in photos.
