The Yamaha YPC-32 piccolo has a silver plated headjoint with lip plate and this makes it easier to play. With its easy playability, accurate intonation, and characteristic piccolo sound, the YPC-32 is very popular with students as well as doublers. The body is made of sturdy, maintenance-free ABS resin for a sound similar to that of natural wood. The mechanism and keys are made of nickel silver with silver plating.

This particular piccolo has been fully serviced and completely repadded and is offered in excellent condition throughout. Currently this model is £960 new and so this is an excellent opportunity to obtain a used model with new pads. Repadding costs £250+ and so buying a used flute/piccolo can be expensive if it hasn’t already been overhauled or serviced.
