• Beschreibung: Brustbild im Halbprofil mit seitlich gedrehtem Oberkörper. Zeigt den Schriftsteller und Publizisten, der wegen seines Schreibstils oft der "deutsche Swift" genannt wurde, wohl deshalb, weil er sich später dem Stil der englischen Wochenzeitschriften annäherte.

• Description: Half-length portrait with the upper part of the body turned sideways. Showing the writer and publicist who was often called the "German Swift" because of his writing style, probably because he later approximated the style of the English weeklies.

• Condition: Very good condition. Pale foxing and minor discolouration on the margins. The corners of the sheet are slightly bumped. The image makes a fresh and flawless impression.
