It is in good condition with no tears or pen marks but there is some discolouration due to age.

It has been stored flat, so it will be sent in a A3 envelope or postage bag.  Dimensions rather than weight makes this a small parcel.  Happy to combine postage, I will send an invoice if possible. 70
