Excellent condition but handmade with visible zig zag and other stitching and unfinished sides on the lace but they don't fray. They are strong and well made but look DIY which can be an asset. Great for a carnival burlesque vaudeville look, in dark red and navy blue striped tie silk material, navy and white nylon polka dot, cotton trim and layered black accordion lace with vintage buttons with elastic loops. Probably fits women's size Medium best
