Most packages are sealed and have been in storage, may be opened to inspect condition and photographed. Some have very minor tarnishing but needles are in good condition. Many of my ASTATIC needles that are in-house packaged were acquired through an executive from their factory in Conneaut Ohio right at the time they were winding up production of their phonograph needle line back in the late 80s.
