For sale is what I believe to be a very rare original
template on paper that the porcelain painters did in watercolors before
actually painting these on porcelain. It would date to the 18th
century according to the style and the mark but I am not an expert on
paper. This one here is a Nymphenburg example and is of three floral
arrangements that are really nice. I bought these from a lady that
collected these designs and had quite a few of them but other than that
I have almost never seen these outside museums. The paper is 7 inches
tall and 3.25 inches wide. It is in good condition with a bit of
staining one would expect over 200 plus years with paper. It is marked
as shown with their hexagram mark as well as the number 3 and 28
probably old collection IDs. German Germany
