Triumphierend reckt er den rechten Arm in die Höhe und blick in Richtung der Menschenmenge zu seinen Füßen. Am rechten Bildrand seine Rivalin, Königin Maria Theresia von Österreich und ihr Verbündeter Ludwig XV von Frankreich.

The depiction shows Frederick II of Prussia standing on a gallery, behind him the unoccupied throne. Triumphantly he raises his right arm and looks towards the crowd at his feet. On the right edge of the picture his rival, Queen Maria Theresa of Austria and her ally Louis XV of France.
