When listing I check for scratches and scuff marks and remove any items that contain these.  Similarly, I replace damaged and dirty cases.

I add packaging inside each DVD case to stop the disc moving in transit.  Each item is posted via Australia Post and usually dispatches within 24-48 hours of ordering. 

I offer free postage and post at the cheapest possible rate.
