Ein Gondoliere legt soeben mit zwei Passagieren ab, im Mittelgrund sind die Silhouetten der Palazzi zu erkennen. Die Rialtobrücke mit ihren Arkaden zählt zu den berühmtesten Bauwerken der Stadt. Aus dem zeichnerischen Nachlass des Künstlers.
