This is my very limited edition hand made and hand wired Marshall 1987X-PW - number 27 of 50 made back in 2008 to commemorate Paul’s 50th birthday and comes with signed COA by both Jim Marshall and Paul Weller.

It’s in fantastic condition and perfect working order - and these very rarely come up on the market as they are very sound investments. I am reluctantly selling as I bought it recently as a very much impulse buy but in reality it is little more than a great looking piece of furniture in my office and really deserves to be played - I’ve used it for only a few hours and whilst it sounds absolutely amazing I am not the right person to be getting the best from this awesome amp.

collection only but happy to arrange a meet up within reasonable distance if required. Details from Marshall website as below -

Marshall Amplification has announced details of a limited edition of just 50 1987X-PW combos based on the rare 2100 Lead and Bass 50 amplifier that Paul Weller has been plugging in to for more than a decade.

Marshall's Lead and Bass 50 amplifiers were only manufactured in small numbers between 1973-76, and Weller's 1976 model has been lovingly recreated tonally.

Aesthetically, there's the obvious addition of the classic off-white levant and baffle complete with mod target.
