Verso nummeriert: "1469" und unleserlich bezeichnet mit dem Sammlername. Bildnis des Friedrich Christoph Dahlmann (1785 - 1860), deutscher Historiker und Staatsmann; einer der "Göttinger Siebe", gehörte er der Frankfurter Nationalversammlung von 1848 /49 an; Mitverfasser der Frankfurter Reichsverfassung von 1849.

• Inscription: Titled below the image, inscribed on the right below the image: "Wolf sc.". Inscribed on the left: "Nach Vogels Lichtbild". Verso numbered: "1469" and illegibly inscribed with the collector's name. Portrait of Friedrich Christoph Dahlmann (1785 - 1860), German historian and statesman; one of the "Göttingen Sieves", he was a member of the Frankfurt National Assembly of 1848 /49; co-author of the Frankfurt Imperial Constitution of 1849.

• Condition: Good condition. Sheet browned and foxed, slightly creased at lower left corner, with small adhesive strips at the centre lateral edges. The portrait makes a very good impression.
