The program is complete with no tears and all pages secure.  There is visible aging on the front and back cover, but there is no distinct odor.  There is also an unused sticker included with this purchase.  Numerous pictures were taken to assist with the condition and content of the program.

The 1970 Pikes Peak Auto Hill Climb was held on July 4th.  The Championship Cars and Stock Cars were the two different divisions that would compete with each having their own purse.  Ted Foltz would win in the Championship Cars while Frank Peterson would win in Stock Cars.
