  • Beschreibung: Porträt des badischen Prinzen Ludwig Wilhelm August von Baden im Brustbild in Militäruniform. 1849 trat er als Premierleutnant in das 1. Garde-Regiment zu Fuß der Preußischen Armee ein, ging 1856 als Major zur Gardeartillerie über und war zuletzt Generalmajor und Kommandeur der Gardeartilleriebrigade.

  • Description: Portrait of the Baden Prince Ludwig Wilhelm August of Baden in bust in military uniform. In 1849 he joined the 1st Guards Regiment on Foot of the Prussian Army as a first lieutenant, transferred to the Guards Artillery as a major in 1856 and was finally a major general and commander of the Guards Artillery Brigade.
