Small 12th scale cottage/room box for sale handmade finished item.

The front of the cottage is hinged the window is glazed with acetate inside the walls are painted white.

Overall dimensions are 39 cm wide x 25 cm deep and 40 cm tall.

The cottage room measures  36 cm wide and 19.5 cm deep.

Will be shipped with chimney pot wrapped up inside the cottage to remove the risk of damage in transit but can simply be put in place when you receive it.
