I have been hoarding this amazing rare set for the last 30 years, so it's now time to let someone else enjoy owning it.
It is a veryn nice Art Nouveau era fish seerving set with a large fork, and flat server. They are stamped 800 on the handles, and are gold plated or vermeil, blades and tines. There is a drop of pitting on the one knife blade, and I did not try to polish it or clean it at all. This is exactly how I bought it, many years ago.
The knife is 11 & 1/4" and the fork is 9 & 3/4", and they come in the original leather covered fitted box. No markings, other than the 800 on the handles. The details on the handles looks almost new like, with little if any wear. Crisp and sharp!
I do not polish any silver items, as I have found that the majority of buyers prefer the original patina, left intact.
I will always combine shipping on purchases of multiple items.
Please note that any item that is altered in any way after purchase, whether buy the buyer or by the seller, it can not be returned under any circumstances. This means that I you shorten a bracelet, or resize a ring, I Will not take it back. Please be sure you want what you have bought, before you change it in any way.
