• Delivery is to most UK Mainland addresses but may exclude certain areas such as Highlands and Northern Ireland. Please check before bidding if in any doubt. I do not ship overseas other than through eBay’s Global Shipping Programme. Please do not bid from an overseas address, as this wastes your time and mine.

• For shipping outside of the UK you will be choosing eBay's Global Shipping Program. The item is shipped locally to a UK address and then sent to the rest of the world. If you are outside the UK, you are responsible for all duties and taxes. Continue to checkout to find costs for shipping the item to your country. Messages regarding eBay's Global Shipping Program must be sent to eBay only.

• The item will be packaged carefully, but once it has been sent, risk passes to the purchaser. I strongly advise that you opt for sufficient insurance as parcels do get "lost". I will provide proof of postage if requested beforehand, and I am happy to quote for extra insurance above the basic minimum which is usually £20.

• I'm sorry that I do not accept either conventional cheques or "E-Cheques".

• Following receipt, if you have any issues please contact me first, so that I may have the opportunity to resolve it. I do not leave feedback until you are happy as demonstrated by your positive feedback following a significant number of buyers failing to "do the decent thing".
