RITEPOINT pen

Red plastic with gold metal parts. Click ball point pen does not work. The top button presses pen point out but then does not click back in without unscrewing pen. Ink does not work either. I am not sure if this can be fixed or not. I leave repair/cleaning to new owner/expert. Pen case shows wear and use, but remains in overall good shape. Measures approximately 5 1/2 inches. Gold printing on red background is difficult to read. Please see all photos as they are part of description of item and condition.
