Conditions of sale. Due to the number of fraudsters on eBay, and eBay's own policies, the following conditions are necessary. These are contractual terms, please make sure you agree to them before purchase, as by making a purchase you are agreeing to be bound by them.

• All items are shipped with tracking.
• All items are shipped fully insured and so shipping may be expensive for higher priced items. This is necessary because if anything is damaged in transit eBay considers it the sellers liability, even if the buyer chose not to pay for insurance.
• eBay takes commission on the price of postage, and so the price I set reflects this.
• If an item arrives broken or faulty a claim will need to be made via the insurance of the courier, you must be willing to cooperate with any request from them to facilitate that e.g. supplying pictures of the packaging, etc.
• I do not normally accept returns, unless I have made an error in the listing and the item does not match. If a return is accepted for any other reason the item must be returned and the buyer will pay return postage. The buyer will only receive a partial refund - they will not be refunded the original postage or eBay fees (these are not refunded by eBay).
• All functional items are tested and fully working, unless otherwise stated. Cosmetic condition is very subjective, please study the pictures and ask questions or for more pictures if required.
• Items are second hand, they do not come with a warranty. Items sold as new will be unused/unopened/etc. but I am a private seller not a shop, the items currently belongs to me and so when I sell them they are technically second hand.
• Serial numbers are noted and security stickers are used to prevent fraudulent claims.
• Since eBay introduced 'eBay managed payments' they now jack up the selling fees if the item is shipped abroad or if the buyer has a non-UK eBay account (even if they're having it shipped in the UK). As a result I will no longer ship items abroad and I will not sell to users who do not have a UK registered eBay account (foreign nationals living in the UK please take note of where your eBay account is registered before purchase). If you buy with a foreign account or shipping address your order will be cancelled.
