Antique As-Is 1917 Elgin Pocket Watch in Silveroid Case is not running. Selling for parts or repair. It has 7 jewels, Double Roller, Grade 290, size 16, number inside is 19674882. It has a seperate second hand. Pattern around the sides of the watch. Case is Silveroid & was made by Keystone watch case company.
