About me - I have been using ebay for over 20 years now. I do not write flashy sales pitches but honest descriptions that genuinely describe the item, and I believe my feedback shows that.

Returns - I do not accept returns. Why? I sell things I do not need anymore and everything I sell is exactly as I described it, and priced on the basis that sales are final. Buyers who aren't sure if they want it, or wish to try before they buy would probably be better with a business seller or someone who accepts returns. All items are security marked and serial numbers recorded to prevent (sadly) fraudulent returns.

Postage - for most items the minimum postage I have to pay is around £3 plus any additional insurance. I nearly always lose out on postage because I estimate it at cost but eBay and Paypal fees are deducted from what you pay. I also make no charge for packaging etc, although I do try to recycle packaging where possible and all items are well packed to ensure they reach you as they left me.

Offers - sensible offers will always be considered but low offers will be declined. I always check eBay when I list an item to ensure it is fairly priced so requests for often up to a 50% discount are not reasonable.

All items come from a pet and smoke free home.
