This is a custom made outfit for the Hello Kitty Build a Bear!

* this is NOT a build a bear licensed product! It is handmade and inspired by build a bear and fits build a bears.

The top is a stretchy crop top with  machine embroidered on it.

The skirt is made with holographic fabrics and has an elastic waistband to fit over any build a bear or stuffed animal!
