Used and in great shape. Has some scratches here and there (nothing out of the ordinary) on the case which you can see in the pictures. Battery is doing great and it comes with a charger. I just did a fresh install of windows 8.1 on it so the storage drive is wide open and with no HP bloatware. I also fixed all the driver issues which 8.1 can struggle with. You may be able to put windows 10 on it as it looked like some folks on youtube had but I didn't want to mess around with that as it is definitely compatible with 8.1.
Has a 64gb SSD, Intel Atom processor, expandable storage with SD card and a port that can fit a microSD card but may also be able to use a SIM card to get wireless data? Don't quote me on that. But the microSD definitely fits as I tested it with one of mine.
The tablet portion works great too! I messed around with it both in tablet and in laptop mode and they seem pretty equal. This machine is slower than more modern devices but still a really interesting tablet computer combo and would work for simpler stuff like browsing the internet or word processing etc.
