Vintage 1920s Dress Black & Peach Satin with Rhinestones Butterfly, Sleeveless Silk, 36 inch bust, Maid Marion Dresses

ERA: True vintage item from the 1920s

MEASUREMENTS: the item is 40 inches long, it will fit a 36 inch bust with room, 40 inches around the dropped waist.

MATERIAL: silk, beads

LABEL: 'Maid Marion Dresses'

Black silk satin sleeveless dress with light peach satin in the neckline. The peach is trimmed with individually set rhinestones around the neck and down the front V. The dropped waist is blouse and there is a rhinestone covered butterfly at the center with a section of gathered fabric hanging below. There is a second drape around the lower hips. The dress has a thin silk partial lining which is a tank top that is loose from the dress but sewn to the dress around the waist.

CONDITION: The dress is in very good condition. The peach silk is lightly aged. The black silk has some white marks on the side, under the lower drape. There are a few teeny pin dot holes at the back of the neck.

The tank top lining has several tears on one side around the arm and down.
