High End, possibly couture, masterfully constructed Blum's-Vogue, Chicago  Martin Simon, lined lace dress. Think Lana Turner in a fuller vintage size - Outstanding blue floral lace 3/4 sleeves bodice with sweetheart treatment, contrasting green banding, back metal zipper, slender slip beneath with nude straps, full hem sweep of over 10 feet and that fullest 12 feet of hemmed and slightly weighted lace skirting. Blum's-Vogue, Chicago and belt marked Martin Simon. 

Dress is without damage to these eyes. Belt does show fraying. My guess is a terrifically high end 1950s cocktail dress, masterfully constructed and, no doubt, collectible.

Dress measures: bust to 38-39, waist 34 to 36, hips are full to 44, length 48, lace hem sweep is 144 (12'), lining hem sweep is 124", belt measures 40 inches.

The boxed shipping weight is 1 pound, 8 ounces.
