Large photo on a large flemsy board.The board has issues it's a thin board has a couple holes through it has stains.Goid news image looks fairly good nice clear image.board has writing on it says something about a boiler explosion at a mill near college and Richmond Street this i believe is Appleton Wisconsin because I purchased several photos in same grouping.
