Original Sylvanian Families Country Manor House from 1980s.

Complete with: two floors, roof, porch frontage, stairs, chandelier, paper patio, mirror and picture. All windows and doors in working order.

Chandelier has one missing arm and light doesn't work as battery compartment a little rusted (see photo). This may be fixable - I don't know.

There is one mark on the upper floor (see photo) and a couple of pen marks on wall of lower floor. However, this doesn't detract from the fact it is in great condition for it's age.

Has been stored carefully in the loft for a number of years. From a smoke free and pet free home.

Only selling as I need to make room in my loft.

Have put local pick up only as figure  it would cost a ridiculous amount to post due to its size.
