This is a 1972 Raleigh International, the 2nd in their line after the Professional in those days.  A full 531 frame and fork with excellent original paint and chrome.  It was considered a high end club racer, with all Campaganolo Nuovo Record parts except for the Weinmann centerpull brakes. Original Brooks Professional saddle in equally nice condition.  This was found in excellent nearly unridden condition, but due to its age has received the full spa treatment, taking it apart to every last bit and cleaning, shining, and overhauling everything.  Nearly all the parts are original, though the Super Champion rims came a bit later.  I have replaced the expendable parts including cables, handlebar tape, toe straps, and tires, which are top of the line Veloflex Roubaix. The wheels shown are tubulars, but if you are not a tubular person, I offer a very nice set of 70s era clinchers as an alternative, with Weinmann A-124 Concave rims and Panaracer Pasela 27 x 1 1/8 tires.   If you choose this option, the price will be $200 less than the final price. So don't pay for it until I send you an invoice.  I have lots of pictures of it during the renovation process so ask any questions you might have.

If you will look in my other auctions, I actually have two of these for sale.  They are nearly identical, and the other one is slightly more original, and a year older.  I only want to sell one of these but I don't care which, so when the first one sells, I will stop the listing on the other.  So don't dawdle if you really like one or the other.
