Yamaha YCR-2310 Cornet - Reconditioned - Yamaha Case and Yamaha 9 MP Bore: .458 Serial# 002***A

Great playing Yamaha cornet in excellent lightly used condition. Slides are smooth and firm, caps thread easily, and valves feel great with excellent compression. Horn overall looks very low miles and shows some minor signs of former dinks and scratches. Solid case and original Yamaha 9 mouthpiece are included.

UpYourBrass shop policies are to offer only inspected, repaired, thoroughly cleaned, detailed horns. (This is a $150 service for complete reconditioning at the shop)

Horn is dis-assembled and inspected, soaked in an organic de-greasing solution and scrubbed
Body, valves and components are treated in an organic chem clean with Tesch products (Tesch is recommended by NAPBIRT)
Hand-lapped valves and chambers (This process can take up to an hour)
Complete detail of all components, hot water scrubbed and prepped for assembly
Valves aligned, pads and springs replaced as needed
Play tested and final inspected before listing for sale

***Clean your instrument regularly (especially lead-pipe and tuning slide) and have a chem-clean or ultrasonic clean done every two years. Vintage cases are all disinfected, cleaned and sanitized but there may be a residual horn smell in any old case.

Returns for Play Ready Instruments, Parts or Accessories: We do not accept returns or offer trial periods to try horns listed here on Ebay, please come to Colorado to try instruments, we'll have fun talking about horns! If you have any questions or problems with your instrument, please contact UYB first for any issues if needing to return an instrument for being not as described. Facilitate a quick return process with cordial communication, returns started without communication will take much longer to process. If your instrument is damaged during shipping, you must take a picture of the box with external damage, the packaging and the damage to the case and or instrument. The shipper will not offer any compensation unless these steps are taken. UpYourBrass will facilitate a return shipping label and will issue a refund as quickly as possible upon return of the damaged instrument if the need arises.
